(1) Any immovable property-related matter, easement, land, property related case, which due to the nature of the subject matter of the case should be examined on the spot, and the house, land or property has the right to process, hear and dispose of the case in which it is deemed necessary to examine the house, land or property from the petition. It will be to the district court.
(2) In addition to the cases mentioned in sub-section (1), the district court of the district where such property is located shall have the right to process, hear and dispose of the following cases:-
(a) involving questions of restoration, crop or crop, or relating to the ownership, enjoyment or alienation of property,
(b) relating to attachment or alienation of immovable property,
(c) relating to distribution of immovable property,
(D) Immovable property related to mortgage, mortgage, enjoyment, customs,
(e) relating to any interest or condition over immovable property,
(f) Relating to compensation relating to immovable property.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1) or (2), if a complaint is filed in the district court in the district where part of the case is plaintiff or defendant, the district court shall have the right to process, hear and dispose of the case.
